The Medical Arts Building is located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, at the corner of Ninth Street and the Nicollet Mall.

Parking:

The Metro Ramp is next door to the Medical Arts Building, with an entrance and exit on the right-hand side of 9th street. This ramp has a short skyway to the Medical Arts Building on the 2nd floor.

94 From the East: Take the 11th Street exit. Follow 11th Street to Marquette Avenue. Turn right on Marquette Avenue and continue north to 9th Street. Turn left on 9th Street. The Medical Arts Building is located at 74 South 9th Street. Parking options are listed below.

94 From the West and Northwest: Take the 4th Street exit. Follow 4th Street to 2nd Avenue South, turn right onto 2nd Avenue South and continue to 9th Street. Turn right on 9th Street. The Medical Arts Building is located at 74 South 9th Street. Parking options are listed below.

35W from the North: Take 35W to the Washington Avenue exit. Take a right on Washington Avenue. Follow Washington Avenue to 2nd Avenue, turn left onto 2nd Avenue and continue to 9th Street. 394 from the West: Take the 12th Street exit. Follow 12th Street to Marquette Avenue. Turn left on Marquette Avenue and continue north to 9th Street. Turn left on 9th Street. The Medical Arts Building is located at 74 South 9th Street. Parking options are listed below.

Public Entrances: There are four public entrances for the Medical Arts Building. There are entrances on the street level at 825 Nicollet Mall and at 74 South 9th Street. Skyway entrances are on the north and south sides connecting our building with Midwest Plaza and the Young Quinlin building. All entrances are ADA accessible.
